Cookie policy

What KillTheCut stores on your device and why. The current pilot uses a minimal storage model: one essential session cookie for sign-in and security, one essential consent record, and optional preference storage only if you allow it.

Current storage categories

Strictly necessary Session sign-in and account security

Keeps authenticated users signed in and protects booking and backend actions.

Strictly necessary Consent choice

Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional preference storage so the site does not ask on every page.

Optional preferences UI preferences

Remembers small UI choices on this device – currently your last-used marketplace filters (channel, geography). Only saved when you've enabled preference storage; cleared when you turn it off.

What is not currently used

  • No analytics cookies are currently active.
  • No advertising cookies are currently active.
  • No third-party marketing trackers are currently active.

How to manage cookie choices

You can change the storage settings at any time. Rejecting optional preferences does not block sign-in or core marketplace actions, but it does prevent device-level continuity features from being remembered locally.

Cookie behavior described here reflects the current pilot implementation.
